How do I return or exchange my device?

Devices eligible to be returned for a refund or exchange must be directly handled with the point of sale. In other words from the location from which your original purchase was made. If my device isn’t working how do I get a replacement?

INFĒRA is proud to offer a warranty on all of our devices. Your device is only eligible for a warranty if it was purchased from an authorized retailer. Learn more about our warranty program or file a warranty claim here.

Can I return my device if I purchased it online?

  • Only INFĒRA products that were directly purchased from our online store can be returned to us.

  • INFĒRA products must be returned within 7 business days from the date they were received.
