Q: How do I change the date of my upcoming oder?

*Please note that the following steps/options may not always be visible on mobile or in smaller windows.

  1. Open up the INFERA app.

  2. Scroll down in you “Home” screen, you’ll see the products you are currently subscribed to.

  3. Select product that you want to edit and click on “Refill Now” if you would like us to begin processing a refill immediatelyor “Manage” to edit the date of shipment of your current subscription

  4. in the product screen, you’ll have the following options:

    • "Get a refill" if you would like us to begin processing a refill immediately.

      • Once confirmed the changes to your next refill will be moved to the next day.

      • If the option is grayed out the subscription is not yet eligible for a refill.

    • "Snooze" if you would like to delay your next order date.

      • push back refills by 1, 2, 4, 8, or 12 weeks.

      • Once confirmed your next refill will be adjusted.

    • “Change shipping frequency” If you would like to change how often the product is shipped you’ll be able to choose from: Every 30 days, every 60 days and Every 90 days.
